2018 I started to work as a responsible for System and Processes at LANZA EP SWEDEN. The company was fast growing and the development opportunities was really good. In 2020 the company changed name to Alba Hairgroup AB. Many of the used systems were old and in need of updates or exchange. In the beginning I started with supporting within the organisation and started to improove the workflow and the structure in which system we were supposed to use.

The system that our salesforce used was old and with no support from de developer. Due to that me and a collegue had to rewrite some code in the program to make it useful for the organisation. It was fun but not that effective. In spring 2020 I started as a project leader with the goal to purchase a new ERP system together with a complete CRM. In the summer same year the company was overtaken by a new owner which led to the decision that the new ERP should be the same as a comapny in Norway also owned by Storskogen, the new owner. The new system was taken in drift in may 2021.

Visma Business is a really competent ERP but we needed to do something about the order system.We made a deal with Lime CRM and in the end of 2021 I started the project to implement Lime. As a projectleader I handled the complete process and in the beginning of june 2022 we went live with this system.

Right now there are some follow ups to do on both Visma and Lime so I am right now working with continous improvements. Looking forward to next challenge!
