2008-2012
I begun my employment here 2008. The main goal for me was to create a structure for deliveries and the ordinary workflow in the warehouse.
I started to create easy routines for how and when different tasks should be done. I worked with the employees in the warehouse to create good ways to communicate and created clear deadlines for different tasks.
The transport to costumers were often made with our own driver and so far every delivery had been done as soon as the product was finished which resulted in many deliveries with almost empty vehicles. I created a schedule for the deliveries so every costumer easy could get the information of what days in the week we could deliver already when our sales team made the deal. The way we worked with deliveries saved both time and money and contributed to a higher costumer satisfaction.
Costumer claims was something that not really had been given the attention it deserved for a long time. Here I had to make a plan to decrease the amount of claims to an acceptable level. There was old claims in different sizes and with different demandings. During my four years at the company the amount of clams shrinked from almost a hundred to less than ten. Also the handling time for claims were minimized.
This is my head achievements at Qvesarum Byggnadsvård AB though the work also contained other types of tasks like purchases of transports, janitorial and much more.
